Travel on the Internet is usually less than what it appears to be. For most it is a very relative concept - for a commercial website it usually means whatever "deals" they can negotiate with hotels, resorts and outfitters that will eventually get classified as "luxurious" and "best" and "special".

Welcome to the new world! Kiliwarrior Expeditions is the most upscale and recognized outfitter on Kilimanjaro - not in terms of costs, but in terms of quality of service, safety, cultural experience and environmental responsibility.   For a quick overview of our services, please read our FAQ and Testimonials.  

We are exclusive and personal. Our climbs are not "trips", they are adventure events. Care, Service, Excellence. It's as simple as that. If you share our passion to set new standards in responsible Kilimanjaro climbs, please contact us to discuss our excellent commission structures and immediate payment plans (no waiting for months to receive a check!). But understand we cannot ship our expensive information package FREE to every travel agent around the world!

For our own protection and MOST IMPORTANTLY to protect the industry from "card-mills" and other bad apples, we work only with bona fide travel agents who are employed by an ARC / IATA / IATAN approved company, ASTA members/Allied members, NACTA and OSSN members.

Also understand we do NOT pay commissions if a client contacts us first. To help us prevent fraud and to protect your own industry, please follow the following procedure when booking with us:

1. Contact us via phone to discuss a potential trip BEFORE your client contact us direct! We do NOT pay commissions to agents who call us afterwards. Please make sure your clients understand this!

2. Order our agent information package below. This way you can learn more about us and our team. We refund the cost of the package when you book your first client with us.

3. Once we established contact, we copy or include you in all direct communications to your clients. Climbing Kilimanjaro is a risk and we MUST have direct communications with potential clients to ensure their safety and to manage their expectations. 

4. We invoice you (the agent) who pays us on behalf of your clients. Commissions are paid during this process - you (the agent) simply keep the difference between GROSS (rates on our website) and NETT (your agent rate).

5. Our commission rates start at a mighty 15%!
