Online Booking

Step 1: Call us or Contact Us via email to check availability

Step 2: Please buy Trip Insurance

We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance when you book your climb. It is expensive to travel to Africa and climb Kilimanjaro; should something happen and you cannot make to Africa due to injury or illness it is best to be protected .

Consider the following and contact us if you need recommendations.

bullet

Trip Cancellation Insurance

bullet

Baggage Insurance - very important. Delayed baggage is a serious and common problem!

bullet

International Medical Insurance

bullet

Emergency Medical Evacuation (you are automatically enrolled in our Flying Doctors program)

bullet

Accidental Death & Dismemberment

bullet

Repatriation of Remains

Delayed baggage is a very common problem especially if you have 2 or more connecting flights. Our insurance partners will reimburse you for the purchase of additional clothing if your baggage is delayed for 24 hours or more! And they will track your luggage - saving you hours of frustrating phone calls. This is a HUGE benefit and we STRONGLY recommend you purchase insurance with us. If you elect to NOT buy insurance, then please understand that you are responsible for baggage tracing and additional out-of-pocket expenses - we simply cannot help you with this in Arusha!

Our insurance partners are two of the very best companies in our industry - TravelEx and Travel Guard - and we highly recommend you purchase your insurance from either one of them.

Please click on the images below to purchase insurance. It is an automated and simple process!
